Order Processing

All orders are processed on the next business day after placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on the destination. International shipments may require additional time due to customs clearance, which is outside of our control.

Free Worldwide Shipping

For a limited time, ELEVARE Korean Beauty offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ELEVARE Korean Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed on the next business day after purchase. If you need to cancel an order or believe it was placed in error, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email or phone.

Cancellation requests submitted before the order enters fulfillment will be accommodated whenever possible at no additional cost. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback so we may assist promptly.

Subscription Terms & Cancellation

Subscription Billing

Subscription products are billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout. The initial order is charged at the time of purchase, and subsequent recurring orders are charged on the scheduled renewal date unless canceled in advance.

Subscription Order Processing

Subscription orders are processed on the next business day following the billing date. Once a subscription order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date by contacting customer support via email or phone. Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal is processed to avoid being charged for the next order.

If a cancellation request is submitted after a subscription order has already been billed or processed, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled and will not be eligible for cancellation.

Subscription Refunds & Returns

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund guidelines outlined in this policy. Refunds are not issued for subscription charges that have already been processed or fulfilled unless otherwise required by law.

Failed Cancellation Claims

If a subscription charge occurs without a prior cancellation request, the charge is considered valid and authorized under these terms. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly so we may assist promptly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Policy Overview

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, in which case ELEVARE Korean Beauty will cover return shipping.

Items marked as specific promotions, free gifts, or limited-time event items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • Only items purchased directly from elevarekoreanbeauty.com are eligible
  • Products purchased from physical retail locations or third-party marketplaces must be returned through the original seller
  • Returns must be shipped via a carrier; in-person returns are not accepted

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unopened
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact
  • All free gifts, samples, or promotional items included in the order must be returned
  • Refunds will not be issued until all items are received and inspected

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns may be denied if:

  • The item is determined to be counterfeit
  • The item has been intentionally damaged
  • Required components (including free gifts or samples) are missing

In such cases, the item will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.

Lost Return Shipments

ELEVARE Korean Beauty is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the returned item is received at our facility.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Skin Reaction Refunds

If you believe an ELEVARE Korean Beauty product caused a skin reaction, please provide a medical certificate or dermatologist’s note confirming the reaction was caused by the product. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or assist with an exchange.
